At SportmachinesStore, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure your items are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SportmachinesStore account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip; ensure all original garment tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
